What do i  benefit from your services ?

 

Our services for organizing your medical trip are free. While we are official representatives of hospitals and medical centers, all bills will have to be paid directly to hospitals, from a price list that is standard for their international patients and sometimes you will get discount because you were referred from us.

 

I need medical treatment abroad, what should i do in this case ?

 

All you have to do is to contact EMTA (email or phone). After your call, we will proceed further to other steps. If you contact us by email can you let us know when can we contact you back, because we don’t want to bother you if you’re working, sleeping, etc.

 

What should i do to get a pro-invoice (Offer from hospital for medical treatment)?

 

All what you need to do is send us your information updates regarding to your medical condition. This includes medical history, images (CT, MRI, X-rays, etc.), Laboratory tests - everything you have. You can send this information in any way you prefer: e-mail, fax, regular mail, or even to bring them in person at our offices. Then, your data will be reviewed by the relevant hospital specialists selected by you and will be given final estimate.

 

How much time you need to get a pro-invoice (estimate)?

 

Usually it takes 3-4 days. In more complex cases, when more specific treatment is required it should be a period of 7-10 days. If the case is urgent, please inform us in your letter marked "Attention, ermgency." We will make an attempt to answer within a short time frame to realize for 48 hours.

 

Does EMTA helps booking hotel and airplane tickets ? Will there be a translator at our disposal?

 

We will make all necessary arrangements. We will book your flight, hotel, arrange transportation to the airport, coordinating with the hospital – long story short, we are always there when you’ll need our help. We have available our translators, who will be with you throughout your time in hospital treatment.

 

Do i need a visa for a medical treatment abroad?

 

It depends in the country that you choose to get your treatment. We will help you to get a visa by giving you a official invitation from our side or from the medical center that you have chosen to get your treatment, and we will coordinate all the needed steps with the relevant embassy. 

 

Is it possible to get an estimate of my health situation without travelling?

Why you have not showed prices for medical treatments on your website?

 

First of all, our network is so vast that showing prices for all procedures would be impossible.

Second, price estimates changes, depending on the country and the hospital.

It's easy to say that chemotherapy costs X euro, and the establishment of stands devote X euros.But the variety of treatments  and procedures result in different prices. So we consider emergence of a  price list on our website is too unprofessional. After receiving information about the patient's condition, we will forward them to the specialists at the hospital  he / she selected to review the diagnosis and treatment options, and then give an estimate material, being careful that the price to be as more accessible to the patient's individual situation.
